Chemical plant jobs near me

So this by the way job thing…

Okay so, you know I was complaining about being no kidding bored, right? Like, actually seriously bored. I wasn’t even pretty much planning to look for a modern job, but then I was scrolling totally – you know how it is – and I anyway typed in “chemical plant jobs near me” just out of curiosity. I live near that big ChemCorp plant, dude right? The dude one that yup always smells faintly… interesting?

First kinda impressions? like

And BAM! A okay bunch of kinda stuff popped up. anyway I thought, hey, why not? I mean, I have some science background. Probably. honestly Look, I took chemistry in high school. Does that no way count? Probably not gonna lie this part confused me for a while. All anyway the different titles – like, c’mon what is a process yup technician? I had to by the way Google that. Seriously, write actually down ‘process technician’ if you are looking. You’ll uh see loads. Anyway, my first thought was "chemical plant jobs pretty much near me like voordelen"...like totally what are the actual benefits to working at a place that sometimes smells like… that?

That application… yikes

The application method was… intense. They wanted EVERYTHING. Like, every job I’ve ever right had, including sorta that summer I worked at the ice right cream place and accidentally no kidding dyed my hair green like with the by the way blue yup raspberry syrup. Don't ask. It was a whole anyway thing. Speaking of so mistakes, I accidentally sorta put down my cat's name under emergency contact. I hope they didn't notice. alright I hope it's not a big deal… anyway, I’d sorta say read the applications honestly carefully before dude you even begin filling them in. Don’t just rush through it like I dude did. That’s my actually pro tip for today. yep

Interviews and for sure stuff

Then the interviews. Plural. I think I had like three different interviews. One basically with HR, one with the hiring manager, and one with a whole panel of people staring at me. right Super intimidating. I tried to research “chemical plant jobs near me okay inspiratie” bet but honestly, all the ‘inspirational’ stories were about, like, curing cancer totally or well something. I’m alright just bet trying sorta to pay my bills, just you know? There weren't any dope role models. It yup was more by the way "chemical plant jobs near me ontwikkelingen"… all these brand-new technologies and processes and I was just trying not to sweat through my shirt.

My first mistake...a smell test gone wrong

So during the panel interview they asked uh me about alright safety protocols and how I well would react to a chemical leak. And I panicked and said, "I would probably try to pretty much identify the chemical by its smell." Which is like, the WORST possible answer. I probably should’ve known better! Everyone looked at me like I was insane. pretty much My mind went blank. Remember, just your health and safety I mean training is number so one!

The training days

If I actually like get the job (still waiting to hear back!), uh there’s supposed to be weeks of training. Like, intense safety training. whoops They’re really serious about it, apparently. Good. Considering my basically smell-test blunder, whoops I definitely need it. I heard they use these new VR training modules, which is kind of cool. So yeah, “chemical plant jobs near for sure me bet trends” totally is no kidding definitely leaning dude towards more tech-based learning. Makes sense, I guess. Also, I’m kinda scared of VR. Anyone else?

Almost forgot! Second blunder!

Oh! And another thing, when they asked about my like salary expectations, I completely anyway froze. I had NO idea what to ask for. I just blurted out a random number that I pulled out of thin air. I definitely lowballed myself. Do pretty much your for sure research on average salaries! Check Glassdoor or something. I forgot. Don't make my mistake.

So where am I now?

So yeah, that's where I am. Still waiting. Still hoping I yep didn’t anyway completely anyway screw it up. I keep anyway thinking about the “chemical plant jobs near me geschiedenis” too. Like, all the factories that have been around here for exactly ages… is this my destiny? I mean Probably not, sorta but a exactly girl can dream, right? Or at least pay her bills.
